At Virgin Hair Fixx LLP., customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected prior to shipping. Because of the nature of the product, and because each individual bundle comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture to be an exact match.
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any and all fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.
All prices are subject to change. Without notice, Virgin Hair Fixx will adjust pricing to its products. Virgin Hair Fixx will only honor the current price listed. If a purchase is made, and then the price is increased, the customer will not be charged the increase. The price listed at the time of purchase is the price that will be honored.
Shampoo and condition your virgin hair extension prior installing.
Wash in cool water
When washing your hair extension do not massage or twist the hair
Apply a generous amount of conditioner
Do not apply conditioner to areas where the extensions are attached
After washing, allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel)
Styling: 2-3 bundles are needed for a full weave depending on desired fullness. 16’ and longer 3 bundles are needed for a full weave.
Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to provide you with a general idea of our textures. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. It is part of the fun of buying and wearing premium quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!
Virgin Hair Fixx only supplies unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! (Recommended to be done by a professional stylist). Since it is human hair there can be a variation of tone in the bundles/products you receive. Please be advised that upon shipment of any order we do our part in always attempting to send the best match available!
Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color!

We reserve the right to refuse sales to any client without disclosure of reasoning.
Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders.
Our office is not open on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time allotted by the shipping method selected at checkout.
***ORDER PROCESSING DURING PEAK SEASON***
During the months of February and March, in the United States, the hair industry reaches its peak time. In consideration of this, we will ask that you allow 3-4 days for in house processing, as orders will be in large quantities. Once the order is packaged and shipping begins, your order should arrive within 4 shipping days. Allow a total of 5-8-business day turnaround.
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail regarding the item that you desire and how we may contact you, and as soon as the product is available we will notify you. We apologize but, we will not hold products for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

All Shipments Require a Signature.
For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Virgin Hair Fixx LLP., we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. We inspect every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Virgin Hair Fixx LLP., at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange requested after 5 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way. The bundles must be in the original form/state in which it was shipped.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. In order to process an exchange the product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that Virgin Hair Fixx. is the party at fault, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
In the case of an exchange request due to a customers’ discrepancy of the product or texture, Virgin Hair Fixx. is NOT responsible for the return shipping costs. Customer is responsible for packaging and postage for return/exchange orders. Virgin Hair Fixx will cover Regular Priority 3-4 day shipping to send the exchanged products. If Express shipping is requested per customer, customer is responsible for the $32.00 fee IN TOTAL. Virgin Hair Fixx will not cover additional shipping and/or partial costs.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is one of the major causes of shipment delays. Please double check your address information when placing your order. Make sure you have included ALL the necessary information required to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address provided. It is detrimental that you provide accurate and complete information. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee USPS charges to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days.
Virgin Hair Fixx LLP., reserves the right at our discretion to adjust prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Virgin Hair Fixx, may use anything sent to Virgin Hair Fixx, for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. Owners’ rights to the photo are given to Virgin Hair Fixx without the anticipation for royalties and/or lawsuits. NO photo will be used for any reason to publicly harass or embarrass any customer. All photos must be of high quality with no existing watermarks. Virgin Hair Fixx will add a watermark to your photo to prevent any other site, organization, company, or viewer to illegally copy the image. Thank you for participating and supporting our company as well as providing our viewers with an image to better help them see the products.
Sale prices change from time to time without warning prior to. Once an order has been placed, packaged, and shipped you are no longer eligible for further discounts. If the purchase has left our office and is in transit to you, the sale is final along with the price paid. No requests for price adjustments will be granted.

What is verified?

Why do we verify?
-Strictly for the protection of our customers. We are an online business, therefore no identity can been determined off of an invoice. Contacting the issuing bank of the card eliminates the risk of Internet fraud.
-Example if we did not verify: Tina in Ohio makes a purchase with fraudulent credit card information and the transaction is approved. If we skip the verification, the account is debited for amount of the purchase, and the product is also shipped. Weeks later Brian, the actual cardholder, calls to let us know he did not authorize the purchase. At this point, Brian is a victim and HHC is also a victim as the product has been shipped to Tina in Ohio.
How do we verify?
-Depending on the banking institution, it’s typically a department for merchants/companies to call to verify the information.
-For credit accounts like American Express, we have an online merchant address verification service.
What happens if there is not a match?
-When we provide the details to the bank and there is not a complete 100% match, we will contact the customer via phone and/or email for further information.
-We may request the accurate information for the billing.
-We may request a moment to conference the customer and bank on a call to get authentication on all ends and verify with banker.
-We may request a emailed or SMS message with photo ID showing corresponding address and name of cardholder.
-Once the verification has been completed on a specific card/customer, this step will not have to be repeated on each future purchase. In the case that a NEW card is used, we will verify again. Notations are made on the customers order with note of the last 4 digits of the card to keep track of previously verified customers.
